The Friends of Glenfall School (FrOGS) is the school PTA charity.
We organise events throughout the year to benefit the children and to bring the school community together.
We are a friendly team and welcome any new members!
We have a variety of different roles that we can offer depending on how much time you have spare.
It is crucial we future proof this charity with current infant school
parents joining us.

Events we typically organise are:

School discos, Raffles, Silent auctions, Christmas/summer fairs, cake sales, quiz nights, and tea/coffee mornings.
What do we spend our charitable monies on:
Examples are subsidising school trips, ice cream at the Christmas panto, class Christmas presents, year 6 leavers hoodies, and children's first aid training.
The school creates an additional wish list for more expensive items every year.
Recently, we have funded dining tables so that the children can communicate better with each other on circular tables, KS1 Infant school playground and forest school equipment.
Our efforts as parents/carers of this charity are to enable the school to provide the best environment for the children to be motivated to learn in.
In addition to the academic curriculum, pupils experience many trips and activities that help them learn about wider society. These support pupils to become culturally aware, reflective, respectful and compassionate' – Ofsted July 23.
Without our fantastic FrOGS team, event volunteers and the support from the community that attends we could not purchase any of these items for the children.
